The Crusaders International Academy has been operating since 2008, supporting the development of high performing athletes including many international representatives. Its player development programme is the most successful in New Zealand and is recognised worldwide for its continued production of elite rugby players.
The purpose is to offer selected international players an opportunity to join the Crusaders International Academy and experience our unique rugby environment while advancing your rugby skillset. This programme gives you the opportunity to train and play full-time in a professional environment.
2021 RUGBY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
Our Rugby Development programmes offer fantastic rugby skills training and all the elements needed to improve your game, from nutrition to mental skills seminars. We are offering three date options for the Rugby Development programmes. Regardless of which dates you choose, you will be exposed to world class coaches, players and support. You will be placed at a local club to get game time and create lasting memories.
