What qualities do you think make a great leader? |
I believe the key attributes that make a great leader are communication, respect and motivation. Communication is a key concept on the rugby field as it builds a team environment and helps players grow in confidence and make good decisions. With communication also comes respect to team mates, opposition, coaches and referees. Motivation comes with the desire to win and play at the best of your ability. Over I believe that all of these qualities build a leader that people will follow, learn from and respect. |
