Who could forget the 2018 Super Rugby Final. The BNZ Crusaders played the Lions from Jo’burg and the atmosphere at Christchurch Stadium was electric. The pre-game and halftime show matched the quality of rugby on the field, and for the 2019 season the match-day fan experience will be at an exciting new level.
The fan experience at BNZ Crusaders home matches is like nothing else in world rugby, from the Bayley’s Horses, to Conquest of Paradise by Vangelis, to our famous halftime show. The new Mobil Fan Zone will provide entertainment for fans of all ages and should not be missed!
Our fans, coaches, history and team is LIKE NO OTHER. Join us at the best little rugby stadium in NZ (for now), as the BNZ Crusaders look to go back-to-back-to-back!
EXTRA SECURITY MEASURES
There are extra security measures in place at Orangetheory Stadium so please plan to arrive at the ground as early as possible to avoid delays. We suggest that you plan to arrive at around 6.45pm for a 7.35pm Kick-off. Please also note that bags must not be any larger than 30cm x 30cm. If they are larger they can be dropped at a bag check at Gate A or Gate B. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Parking & Access (See Map Below)
Pre-Paid Parking - You can purchase a game-day carpark for the Horncastle Arena area by visiting www.ticketrocket.co.nz. Entry is via Wrights Road, and then please follow the instructions of the parking staff.
Disability Parking - is available onsite via the Wrights Road entry. Only vehicles with the appropriate Mobility Pass will be allowed entry.
Crusaders Club Carpark - Entry is via Wrights Road, and then please follow the instructions of the parking staff.
Hellers Take A Kid To Footy Fundraiser Centre Track Parking - Entry is via Matipo Street, and then please follow the instructions of the parking staff.
Lime Scooter Parking - TBC

The drop-off and pick-up location is on Lindores Street.
The Super Rugby Express
The Super Rugby Express is our Park’n Ride option for all home games at the 2019 season. The cost of the service is $7 for adults and $3 for kids for the return trip. Departing Northwood (Smiths City Bus Stop) at 6pm and returns at 9.30pm (for a 7.35pm game). You can pre-purchase you seat by clicking on www.ticketrocket.co.nz.
Road Closures (See Map Below)
Jack Hinton Drive will be closed from 5.30pm (for a 7.35pm kick-off). Whiteleigh Ave will be closed to northbound traffic from Lincoln Road to Leamington Street from half time.

The Ticket Box is open 2 hours before gates open on game day for sales and collections.
The Ticket Box is located between Gate A & Gate B.
Hellers Take A Kid To Footy Entry & Goodie (boot) Bag Pick-up
Hellers Take A Kid To Footy is our family ticket offer. Entry is through the Crusaders Castle at Gate B.
At each BNZ Crusaders home game each kid will receive a collectable boot bag with some yummy snacks and giveaways! Pick up your boot bag on game-day from the Hellers Take A Kid To Footy trailer inside Gate B.
Fiji Airways BNZ Crusaders Flag Giveaway
At each BNZ Crusaders home game you can collect your free Fiji Airways BNZ Crusaders Flag at Gate A or Gate B. Flags are given away on a first-come-first-served basis. Thanks to Total Waste Solutions, you can place you flag in our recycle bin following the match, so it can be reused for the next home-game!
What Can You Bring Into Christchurch Stadium?
Fans may bring in the following food and drink items into the public areas of the venue:
Non alcoholic drinks in sealed plastic bottles under 1 litre in size. Non commercial food for personal consumption such as sandwiches, fruit, biscuits and cakes, provided it is not in commercial packaging or wrappers.
Bags must not be any larger than 30cm x 30cm. If they are larger they can be dropped at a bag check at Gate A or Gate B.
Food and Beverage Items that ARE NOT permitted into the venue: Alcohol, Open drink containers, Drinking containers larger than 1 litre, Glass bottles & cans, Commercially produced takeaway food such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Pizza Hut, Chilly bins or picnic hampers or any size, large backpacks.
Umbrellas are allowed into the Stadium, but use of umbrellas must not impede sightlines for any patrons. Essentially, you can bring it into the Stadium, but cannot use it in the seating bowls.
