The BNZ Crusaders face the Hurricanes in a top-of-the-table Super Rugby clash tomorrow night and naming right’s sponsor, BNZ, will be giving one lucky family the chance to win $10,000 at the game.

Four families have been selected to participate in BNZ’s ‘Build a Block House’ competition at half time, with the first family to assemble their foam block house within the 3-minute timeframe set to win $10,000 from BNZ. Mary Bastion, Linda Loffhagen, Amanda Cullen and Megan Simmonds are the four contestants who, along with their families, will compete for the prize tomorrow night.

“After last year’s success, BNZ is excited to bring Build a Block House back, and give 12 more families the chance to win $10,000. We are looking forward to seeing the teams go head-to-head this Friday in the first of three competitions,” said BNZ Brand and Sponsorship Consultant, Carmen McDougall.

The Build a Block House competition for 2018 will run at half time in each of the BNZ Crusaders’ remaining New Zealand derby matches, against the Hurricanes this Friday, the Highlanders on 6 July, and the Blues on 14 July.

BNZ Crusaders CEO Hamish Riach said the competition added yet another layer of excitement to what is a highly-anticipated fixture in the Investec Super Rugby competition: “This is going to be a huge occasion with the two teams at the top of the New Zealand conference going head to head, and we are fortunate to have an organisation of BNZ’s stature on board to help us add to what promises to be a thrilling fan experience on Friday night.”
