The Crusaders are pleased to confirm Cambridge Partners as our newest commercial partner.
The financial advice and wealth management firm has signed on with us for three years, joining the existing and committed Crusaders commercial whānau.
At the Crusaders, partnership means more than just brand marks and sponsorship. For us it’s about connecting with like-minded people, about our community and what we can do to make an ever-increasing positive impact on our place.
James Howard, Cambridge Partners CEO, said the partnership “represents an alignment of values and vision”.
“Both organisations are deeply committed to fostering community and driving exceptional outcomes for those they work with,” James said.
“For us here at Cambridge Partners, joining forces with the Crusaders was all about a shared passion for excellence and strong local roots.”
James hoped the partnership would accelerate their own growth and development, specifically by members of their team attending the Crusaders Leadership Programme and high-performance training, as well as connecting with the wider Crusaders network.
“It’s an exciting time for both our organisations as we look to build on our past successes and build the next generation of high performers,” he said.
Colin Mansbridge, Crusaders CEO, said the franchise was “very pleased to have Cambridge Partners as part of our whānau”.
“On behalf of the entire club, team management and our playing group, welcome to the Crusaders,” Mansbridge said.
“As a rugby club we are tasked not only with chasing victory and success, but also in growing our people and helping them achieve their goals.
“Knowing Cambridge Partners are on a similar journey for their clients makes the partnership a very rewarding one, and I’m looking forward to us working together.”
