Kids’ Round returns for a night of fun, family, and future Crusaders

Super Rugby Pacific Kids’ Round is back at home and it’s shaping up to be one of the most special nights of our Super Rugby Pacific season. 

This Friday 22 May, One New Zealand Stadium will be buzzing as we take on the Chiefs in a sold‑out clash that’s all about the next generation of Crusaders fans.

Over the past few years, Kids’ Round has become a highlight on our calendar and in 2026, we’re turning the fun up even more. 

Because this night isn’t just about the rugby. It’s about making priceless family memories, kids falling in love with the game, feeling the energy of game day and discovering what it truly means to be One of Us. 

From the moment gates open, the Lancaster Pad will be chocka with entertainment designed to keep our youngest fans fully immersed in the matchday experience. 

There will be a dedicated Kids Dance Zone, stilt walkers and jugglers, and a hoola hooper bringing the vibes.  

There will be face painting, balloon making, and archery for those keen to test their aim. 

Plus, the Golden Homes inflatable will be there for the young ones to burn off all that extra energy. 

With the game officially sold out, One New Zealand Stadium will be packed with families, kids and lifelong supporters coming together for a night that celebrates connection, community and the future of our club. 

Kids’ Round reminds us why we do what we do. It’s about inspiring young people, creating joy and passing on the pride of wearing red and black.
