The 2025 Super Rugby Pacific draw has dropped and it looks epic. The rivalry will be piping hot this year, with teams set to prove themselves more than ever before. We play all Kiwi sides twice – home and away – and we’ve got a new dynamic finals format. Game on.
Let’s open the competition with a Valentine’s Day home fixture versus the Hurricanes – the first of seven home games at Apollo Projects Stadium. It’ll be our last full season at the fortress that helped deliver us seven titles. We head to Wellington to face them again for Round 9 (Fri 11 April).
Memberships are on sale from 30 September and the team’s sorted a whole range of new benefits. If there was ever a time to gather around your team, it’s this coming season. Don’t miss out on the best way to be part of the Crusaders.
We’ve got back-to-back afternoon home games for Round 4 (Sun 9 March) and Round 5 (Sat 15 March). Take the kids out or convince the boss to leave the office early with colleagues to make the most of those long evenings.
We meet the Chiefs in Hamilton for Round 2 (Fri 21 Feb) and again for Round 13 (Sat 10 May) in Christchurch.
The Blues await us at Eden Park for Round 6 (Sat 22 March) and we’ll let them into Apollo Projects Stadium one last time for Round 10 (Easter Weekend, Sat 26 April).
And for the ultimate battle of the South Island, we’ll face the Highlanders in Dunedin for Round 11 (Sat 26 April) and back here for Round 15 (Fri 23 May).
We’ll head to Australia twice near the tail end of the season and return to the heat of Fiji to face the Drua for Round 8 (Sat 5 April).
Rob Penney, Crusaders Head Coach, said the 2025 draw was “ripe for rivalry”.
“The upcoming season is looking absolutely ripe for rivalry and some fierce competition,” Penney said.
“We’ve got more Kiwi derbies than ever, and plenty of chances to test ourselves against our Pacific and Australian opposition – both home and away.”
“We’re feeling confident and strong ahead of the 2025 season which will no doubt be a huge one for all of us at the Crusaders.”
