How to get to One NZ Stadium
On foot
The stadium is centrally located and well-signed from the CBD. Pedestrian access from Barbadoes Street, Tuam Street, Madras Street, and Hereford Street. Aim to arrive at least 45 minutes before kick-off.
Event Direct by Metro
Pre-book a direct shuttle from 11 pickup points across Christchurch to Latimer Square and Ara on Ferry Road. Book at metroinfo.co.nz.
By bike
Separated cycle lanes along Tuam Street lead to the south gates. Bike parking on Madras Street near the West Plaza entrance. Flamingo and Lime e-scooters operate across the city.
Taxi and rideshare
Drop-off and pick-up on Lichfield Street, just east of the stadium.
Driving
No onsite parking. Roads immediately surrounding the stadium close on event days. Check ccc.govt.nz for nearby carpark options. Allow extra time — post-match congestion is high.
Accessible parking

Finding your gate
Entry is ticket-specific. Your barcode will only scan at the gate printed on your ticket. Check before you arrive.

Arrive at least 45 minutes before kick-off. Pre-game entertainment and partner activations run outside the stadium before every home game.
Inside the stadium
One NZ Stadium is cashless. All major cards and digital payments accepted at every outlet.
Classic game-day food is available alongside options from local Christchurch vendors. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available across a range of outlets.
Members receive a 5% discount on all food and beverage at Crusaders home matches. Show your physical membership card or digital member ticket at the point of purchase.
Alcohol-free seating
Alcohol-free sections are available in Sections 130, 131, 331, and 332.
What you can bring
Homemade food for personal consumption is permitted. No commercial food, sealed or unsealed bottles, cans, or glass. Bags must be 30cm x 30cm or under.

Accessible from every angle
Five accessible entry routes with wide gates, smooth surfaces, and barrier-free access for wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility scooters.
Three parents' rooms with baby-changing facilities on Level 1. Dedicated drop-off and pick-up zones near the main gates with step-free routes from mobility parking. Early arrival recommended.

Crusaders hospitality at One NZ Stadium
Four hospitality options are available for Crusaders home matches, from the premium Ōtautahi Lounge on Level 1 to the Diamond VIP experience. Hospitality holders receive first right to purchase for play-off games and All Blacks Tests at One NZ Stadium.
