With an expansive background in sports management, Aaron Webb spent 11 years building and managing the Crusaders Academy, developing young players and assisting them to reach their goal of becoming professionals. As well as being responsible for their physical and nutritional growth, Aaron also aided their mental and holistic skills.

With a success rate of 85% of players gaining professional contracts, including more than 20 All Blacks, Aaron developed a number of the current Crusaders squad through the Academy, making him highly suitable to take on the role of Team Manager in 2025.
