The Crusaders Membership Waitlist is Open for Business
Today marks a turning point in Crusaders history—we’ve opened the doors to our brand-new home at One New Zealand Stadium, and fans on the membership waitlist can now purchase their seats.
Membership access officially opened today for the Crusaders membership waitlist—a curated list established in 2024, made up of fans who’ve held memberships for the past two years. The waitlist is full of committed red and black supporters, from lifelong fans of 30 years to newcomers, and was determined by the time of purchase in 2024. Those who retained their membership in 2025 kept their spot.
Waitlist members were guaranteed first choice of seats, in priority order, and today began selecting their seats.
Waitlist member #1, Christina and Tony Carroll, were thrilled to have first pick of any of the 25,000 seats in the stadium. “When Juliet rang us to say we were first on the waitlist, we couldn’t believe it! We’ve been Crusaders fans forever, and members since the earthquake, and to be part of this moment is so special.”
Christina and Anthony now become Crusaders member #1 and #2, and will hold those numbers permanently. This is a new initiative for the club in 2026, inspired by the concept of player numbers assigned when a player debuts for the team.
Crusaders CEO Colin Mansbridge is excited to launch and deliver an elevated stadium experience for members.
“I’m stoked to be moving to what is the best venue in the Southern Hemisphere. While we’ve loved our home of the last 13 years, the experience at One New Zealand will far exceed that of Apollo Projects Stadium.”
Mansbridge added, “There are plenty of options available for fans—some new categories we’ve never been able to offer before, alongside the familiar ones members have come to expect. Plus, it’s accessible—you can purchase a family of four into the Silver GA section at just $26 per person, per game.”
The 2026 programme introduces new category options, as well as familiar ones, albeit enhanced by the elevated experience and the roof of One New Zealand Stadium.
New Membership Categories
The Otautahi Lounge and Diamond VIP memberships are new for 2026, offering access to exclusive spaces at One New Zealand Stadium. The Otautahi Lounge is a premium hospitality experience with a limited capacity of 100 members. Diamond VIP features wider seats and private amenities, including exclusive bathrooms and an elevated food and beverage offering for fans to purchase.
Platinum, Gold, and Silver remain accessible membership options, each with a range of benefits. All members can choose to attend at least seven member events throughout the season, including open captain’s runs, Members Day stadium trainings, and a new kids’ event at Ninja Valley. All members will also be invited to watch the team train for the first time at One New Zealand Stadium.
Members can also take advantage of other stadium benefits, including discounted Crusades merchandise and food & beverage; as well as pre-sale access to other events held at One New Zealand Stadium.
Kids’ members will now be able to collect player cards at games and events—a new initiative to help young fans connect with the team and players.
For fans who want to show their support but can’t attend games, the One of Us membership is available. It includes a member pack with a lanyard, season calendar, and a special 2026 commemorative pin.
All seated members will also receive a One of Us membership pack, which will be posted out after purchase.
