WATCH: Brad Mooar speaks on the eve of Super Rugby Pacific Semi-Final showdown against Blues

On the eve of one of New Zealand's greatest rugby rivalries – the Crusaders vs the Blues – Assistant Coach Brad Mooar reflects on the history between the two teams. 

"It gives me goosebumps thinking about it,” he says.  

"There's been a Crusaders/ Blues rivalry since Super Rugby began, but I think what's really etched into that and runs right through that is the Canterbury/ Auckland rivalry. I remember as a kid being on the embankment at Lancaster Park and watching Canterbury v Auckland games.  

"The icons of the game had moments in those games and now it's this team and this group's opportunity to be in the sun and be part of that story now. The eyes are shining and there's a lump in the throat."
