About
Not just a powerhouse on the field, Seb set an age-group rowing world record in 2017 while he was a student at St Andrews College. The prop chose to focus on rugby and was playing for Lincoln Uni when he earned himself a spot in the Crusaders Academy in 2021. Seb made his Crusaders debut the next year, coming off the bench to play 40 min against the Western Force.
He was later selected for the NZU20’s side which was undefeated in the Oceania Rugby U20 Championship before debuting for Canterbury’s provincial side later in the year.
Seb spends his time away from the field studying a BCITO course, renovating his home and jet boating.
“It’s very special to play for the Crusaders, growing up here my whole life it’s the only thing I know,” said Seb, “it is an absolute dream come true”.
